SCG is led by Mitch Sanders as Owner and Principal Consultant and supported by associates with similar operations and supply chain experience.

Mitch is the current COO of Thread, a consumer goods company selling bags, wallets, and other accessories. Since joining Thread in 2018, He has taken part in growing the business from $1m in revenue to +$15m. He is also the COO/CFO of Gravel, a travel goods company with $2m+ revenue.

Mitch has experience operating in ecommerce, both direct website and marketplaces, including Amazon and Target+. He led the operational launch of Thread into wholesale and owned retail.

He has experience working with manufacturers in China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mexico, and Colombia.

Mitch takes a holistic approach to integrating operations and finance into all company functions. This holistic approach facilitates growth by ensuring operations and finance support product, marketing, and sales, the growth oriented functions of a business.
